Can I skip anytime?
After your first two subscriptions have arrived, you can log into your account and select “Skip” or “Cancel”. To ensure your preferences are noted before the next renewal date, please action this 48 hours before your renewal date.
What combinations do the subscriptions come in?
We currently offer:
1 Low-Rise or High-Rise in your choice of black, nude or white
Bundle of 3 Low-Rise - one each of black, nude and white
Bundle of 3 High-Rise - one each of black, nude and white
Bundle of 6 - one each of colour (black, nude and white) in both Low-Rise and High-Rise

How do I access my account?
When you first subscribe, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription. If you’re not sure how to access your account, please get in touch with us at hello@gbanger.com and we’ll send you a link to your subscription account. Easy as!
How do I update my address or billing information?
Login to your account and navigate to your information on the right side of the screen and click edit. You can make any changes you need to within your subscription account. If you have any questions though, please contact our support team at hello@gbanger.com.
How do I change my subscription preferences, or add new products to my subscription?
Login to your account and you’ll see at the top your current subscription - you can make changes here as needed. Navigate further down the page to add new products to your subscription.
When will GBANGER ship my subscription?
Our amazing team will dispatch your subscription by the next business day after your payment has been processed.
When will my subscription renewal cost be charged?
Your subscription will renew each month on the same date that you first subscribed.
Can I try a pair before subscribing?
Of course! You can purchase single pairs in our online store. Or, you can take advantage of our great discounts by subscribing - you’re free to cancel after your first month if it’s not for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you have received your first two subscriptions, please contact us via email at hello@gbanger.com to cancel your subscription 5 working days prior to your subscription renewal date.
